What do you want to focus on during Corona virus times?
Are you focussed on being stuck, or being creative? Are you focussed on lack of connection, or new ways to connect? Are you focused on not having a job, or how to develop yourself while you have some time?
Our thoughts are the sentences that run through our mind, mostly unnoticed. They are thoughts that create our results or limit our results. And right now, the thought we have about our lives and the world are louder. We can hear them more than normal. I am worried about money, I won’t be able to get a job, I can’t lose weight, I drink too much, I am not important, I am not good enough, I am not happy in my job, I need to be a better mother, I am not capable, I am not smart, I haven’t been able to do it before, I am not fulfilling my life. Now you can choose to do one of two things:
1. Will you hunker down and avoid these thoughts?
2. Will you see the sentences now, decide what you want to believe about your life, and make the changes to live your life to be the best version of yourself. Yes, it is possible.
It is an option. Because the sound has been turned up on the things that we believe about ourselves and we can take a look at them, and choose if they are serving us, or if we want to create a new belief system. This is the time. This is powerful!
